Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at, Nurture What Matters, Nurture What Matters, LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.



Shipment processing time:


Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and major holidays. Orders shall be received between 2 to 7 business days after they have been shipped from our warehouse, in most cases orders are received within 2 to 5 business days to most US locations. If located in HI, AK, or PR orders can take up to 10 to 15 business days to be received from the date item(s) have shipped. Most are received between 5 to 10 business days though. If weather conditions are not the best, that can play a role in when the package(s) are delivered too; delaying packages by an additional 2 to 5 days depending on how treacherous the conditions are. Please monitor your tracking number for your order status.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).


If an item(s) is not in stock, we will notify you of that ASAP to allow you to decide on how you would like to proceed based on the options that may be available at the time. Sometimes items may be on their way to our warehouse within a business day or two and other times may be a week or two out. We are very transparent on the status and how long it may take for items to arrive to us and then you. In some instances, we will have the item sent directly to you to shave off some time. As you may notice, situations may change depending on what is going on in the world so thanks in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter.
